☁️นโยบายโรงแรม
🛖ทางที่พักจะดำเนินการจองห้องพักให้เมื่อได้รับการชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้วค่ะ รายละเอียดการชำระเงินจะแจ้งในอีเมลที่ทำการจองหากไม่ได้รับอีเมล์นี้ให้ลองตรวจสอบที่โฟล์เดอร์ Spam/Junk (อีเมล์ขยะ) หรือติดต่อทางFB เพจ โดยเร่งด่วนเพื่อยืนยันการจองในช่องทางอื่นค่ะ🛖
✅เช็คอินได้ตั้งแต่เวลา 14:00น. – 22:00
✅เช็คเอาท์ ก่อนเวลา 11:00 น. (หากเช็คเอาท์หลัง
เวลาที่กำหนด มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม)
✅ครัวจะปิดเวลา19:30 น
✅อาหารเช้าเสริฟหลัง8:00 น. เป็นต้นไป
✅อนุญาตให้เข้าพักตามจำนวนที่แจ้งในรายกานจองมาเท่านั้น
❌ไม่อนุญาตให้นำสัตว์เลี้ยงทุกชนิดเข้าพัก
❌ไม่อนุญาตให้ประกอบอาหารภายในบริเวณที่พัก ยกเว้นเฉพาะพื้นที่ที่ทางที่พักจัดไว้ให้เท่านั้น
❌งดใช้เสียงที่เป็นเหตุรบกวนลูกค้าท่านอื่น ตั้งแต่ 22.00น.- 06.00น.ทางที่พักขอสงวนสิทธิในการให้บริการห้องพักหากพบว่ามีเสียงรบกวนผู้เข้า พักท่านอื่น และงดการให้บริการเข้าพักโดยไม่คืนเงินค่าห้องพัก
❌ห้ามลูกค้ากระทำการใดๆ ที่ผิดต่อกฎหมาย หรือ จริยธรรม ประเพณีเช่น สิ่งเสพติดเล่นการพนันค้าประเวณีฯลฯ
☁️นโยบายเด็กและเตียงเสริม
👶🏻เด็กอายุตั้งแต่ 0-4 ขวบพักรวมกับผู้ปกครองฟรี
ไม่มีอุปกรณ์ที่นอนเสริมใดๆให้
👦🏻เด็กอายุ 5-12ขวบคิดค่าบริการเสริม 800 บาท/คน/คืน
☁️เงื่อนไขในการจอง
*ยกเลิก/ขอคืนเงืน
✅หลังจากการจองลูกค้าไม่สามารถทำการยกเลิกหรือขอเงินคืนได้
*แก้ไข/เปลี่ยนแปลง
🔁ลูกค้าสามารถแก้ไขหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงวันที่เข้าพักได้ 1ครั้ง (ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย) โดยต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 14 วันก่อนวันเข้าพัก
*กรณีเลื่อนวันแล้วราคาห้องพักเพิ่มขึ้นจะต้องชำระส่วนที่เพิ่มขึ้นด้วย
*หากลูกค้าไม่มาถึงที่พักตามวันจองจะถือว่า “สละสิทธิ์” และจะไม่มีการคืนเงิน
ข้อควรระวังในการเข้าพัก‼️
❗️ระวัง !! ระเบียงสูง โล่ง โปรดระวังลูกหลานของท่านพลัดตกได้ ไม่ควรปล่อยเด็กๆ ไว้ตามลำพัง
ขอความกรุณาให้ทุกท่านโปรดระมัดระวังในการถ่ายรูป และขอให้ช่วยดูแลบุตรหลานของท่านอย่างใกล้ชิด หากกรณีเกิดอุบัติเหตุไม่คาดคิดทางที่พักขอไม่รับผิดชอบใดๆทั้งสิ้น
❗️เนื่องจากที่พักอยู่ใกล้ธรรมชาติจึงขอความร่วมมือจากลูกค้าปิดประตูห้อง ไม่ควรเปิดประตูทิ้งไว้เพื่อป้องกันแมลงเข้าห้องพักค่ะ

Booking & Payment
🛖 To confirm your reservation, we’ll process your booking once payment has been received. You’ll find all the payment details in your booking confirmation email. If you don’t see it, please check your Spam/Junk folder or reach out to us via our Facebook page so we can assist you promptly.
𝗧𝗼 𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆, 𝘄𝗲 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗮 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀:
Check-in: 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. (no late-night check-ins)
Check-out: Before 11:00 a.m.
Kitchen hours: Closes at 7:30 p.m.
Breakfast: Served between 8:00-10:00 a.m.
Afternoon Tea set 14:00 – 17:00
We don’t serve lunch, we have few restaurants in the mountain
Guest Policies
👨👩👧👦 Occupancy: Please ensure the number of guests matches your reservation.
🐾 Pets: We love animals, but for the comfort of all our guests, we’re unable to accommodate pets.
🌙 Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful environment, we kindly ask guests to keep noise levels low between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Disruptive behavior may result in fines or, in extreme cases, termination of stay without a refund.
House Rules
🚫 Prohibited Activities: For the safety and comfort of everyone, activities that are illegal or against local Laws(such as drugs, gambling, or prostitution) are strictly prohibited.
Child Policy & Extra Beds
👶 Children 0-4 Years Old: Stay free with parents (no extra mattress provided).
👦 Children 5-12 Years Old: Additional charge of 800 THB per child per night.
Reservation Conditions
💳 Cancellations/Refunds: All bookings are non-refundable, so we encourage you to choose your dates carefully.
📅 Date Changes: You may edit or change your stay date once free of charge, provided you notify us at least 14 days in advance. If the room rate increases for the new dates, the difference will be charged.
❌ No-Show: If you don’t arrive on your reserved date, your booking will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
Safety & Precautions
⚠️ Balcony Safety: Our balconies are open and elevated, so please supervise children at all times to prevent accidents. We kindly ask everyone to be cautious, especially when taking photos or enjoying the view.
🐜 Nature-Friendly Space: As we’re surrounded by nature, we recommend keeping doors closed to prevent insects from entering your room.
