☁️นโยบายโรงแรม
🛖ทางที่พักจะดำเนินการจองห้องพักให้เมื่อได้รับการชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้วค่ะ รายละเอียดการชำระเงินจะแจ้งในอีเมลที่ทำการจองหากไม่ได้รับอีเมล์นี้ให้ลองตรวจสอบที่โฟล์เดอร์ Spam/Junk (อีเมล์ขยะ) หรือติดต่อทางFB เพจ โดยเร่งด่วนเพื่อยืนยันการจองในช่องทางอื่นค่ะ🛖
✅เช็คอินได้ตั้งแต่เวลา 14:00น. – 22:00
✅เช็คเอาท์ ก่อนเวลา 11:00 น. (หากเช็คเอาท์หลัง
เวลาที่กำหนด มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม)
✅ครัวจะปิดเวลา19:30 น
✅อาหารเช้าเสริฟหลัง8:00 น. เป็นต้นไป
✅อนุญาตให้เข้าพักตามจำนวนที่แจ้งในรายกานจองมาเท่านั้น
❌ไม่อนุญาตให้นำสัตว์เลี้ยงทุกชนิดเข้าพัก
❌ไม่อนุญาตให้ประกอบอาหารภายในบริเวณที่พัก ยกเว้นเฉพาะพื้นที่ที่ทางที่พักจัดไว้ให้เท่านั้น
❌งดใช้เสียงที่เป็นเหตุรบกวนลูกค้าท่านอื่น ตั้งแต่ 22.00น.- 06.00น.ทางที่พักขอสงวนสิทธิในการให้บริการห้องพักหากพบว่ามีเสียงรบกวนผู้เข้า พักท่านอื่น และงดการให้บริการเข้าพักโดยไม่คืนเงินค่าห้องพัก
❌ห้ามลูกค้ากระทำการใดๆ ที่ผิดต่อกฎหมาย หรือ จริยธรรม ประเพณีเช่น สิ่งเสพติดเล่นการพนันค้าประเวณีฯลฯ
☁️นโยบายเด็กและเตียงเสริม
👶🏻เด็กอายุตั้งแต่ 0-4 ขวบพักรวมกับผู้ปกครองฟรี
ไม่มีอุปกรณ์ที่นอนเสริมใดๆให้
👦🏻เด็กอายุ 5-12ขวบคิดค่าบริการเสริม 800 บาท/คน/คืน
☁️เงื่อนไขในการจอง
*ยกเลิก/ขอคืนเงืน
✅หลังจากการจองลูกค้าไม่สามารถทำการยกเลิกหรือขอเงินคืนได้
*แก้ไข/เปลี่ยนแปลง
🔁ลูกค้าสามารถแก้ไขหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงวันที่เข้าพักได้ 1ครั้ง (ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย) โดยต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 14 วันก่อนวันเข้าพัก
*กรณีเลื่อนวันแล้วราคาห้องพักเพิ่มขึ้นจะต้องชำระส่วนที่เพิ่มขึ้นด้วย
*หากลูกค้าไม่มาถึงที่พักตามวันจองจะถือว่า “สละสิทธิ์” และจะไม่มีการคืนเงิน
ข้อควรระวังในการเข้าพัก‼️
❗️ระวัง !! ระเบียงสูง โล่ง โปรดระวังลูกหลานของท่านพลัดตกได้ ไม่ควรปล่อยเด็กๆ ไว้ตามลำพัง
ขอความกรุณาให้ทุกท่านโปรดระมัดระวังในการถ่ายรูป และขอให้ช่วยดูแลบุตรหลานของท่านอย่างใกล้ชิด หากกรณีเกิดอุบัติเหตุไม่คาดคิดทางที่พักขอไม่รับผิดชอบใดๆทั้งสิ้น
❗️เนื่องจากที่พักอยู่ใกล้ธรรมชาติจึงขอความร่วมมือจากลูกค้าปิดประตูห้อง ไม่ควรเปิดประตูทิ้งไว้เพื่อป้องกันแมลงเข้าห้องพักค่ะ

Hotel Policy
🛖The accommodation will process the room reservation once payment has been received. Payment details will be notified in the booking email. If you do not receive this email, try checking your Spam/Junk folder or contact us via the FB page urgently to confirm your booking through other channels🛖
✅Check in from 2:00 p.m. 22:00pm (We don’t do night check-in)
✅Check out before 11:00 a.m. (If you check out after
the specified time There is an additional charge, only if room is available)
✅The kitchen closes at 7:30 p.m.
✅ We start serve breakfast after 08:00 am
✅Only allowed to stay according to the number stated in the reservation
❌No pets of any kind allowed to stay
❌Cooking is not allowed within the accommodation area. Except for the area provided by the accommodation only
❌ Refrain from using noise that causes disturbance to other customers from 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. The property reserves the right to provide room service if it is found that there is noise causing noise to your guests. other and refrain from providing guest services without refunding the room fee
❌ Customers are prohibited from doing anything. That is against the law or ethics, traditions such as drugs, gambling, prostitution, etc.
☁️Child policy and extra beds
👶🏻Children from 0-4 years old stay with their parents for free iff there is no extra mattress provided.
👦🏻 Children of age 5-12 years old, additional service charge 800 baht/person/night

✅ All Bookings are NON-REFUND, please choose carefully your book your stay.
*Edit/Change
🔁Customers can edit or change the date of stay 1 time (no charge) by notifying at least 14 days in advance before the date of stay
*In the case of postponing the date and the room price increases. The additional amount must also be paid
*If the customer does not arrive at the accommodation on the reservation date, it will be considered ‘waived’ and no refund will be given.
Precautions for staying‼️
❗️Be careful!! The balcony is high and open. Please be careful that your children may fall. Children should not be left alone.
I ask that everyone please be careful when taking photos. And please help take care of your children closely. In the case of an unexpected accident, the accommodation will not take responsibility at all
❗️Since the accommodation is close to nature, we ask for cooperation from the customer to close the room door. You should not leave the door open to prevent insects from entering the room.
